Excellent options, fair price, great taste!

We had the sweet and sour tofu, spring roll, braised tofu and greens, and fried rice. All was great tasting and the bill was reasonable. Excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff!

Pros: Flavors, Service, Atmosphere

Delicious food and great service

We enjoyed a late lunch, fried rice, tofu and greens and woo salad. We're able to relax and enjoy the food, sitting on the deck.

Decent options lacking

We tried the braised tofu with greens and the laksa made vegan. Black bean paste overpowered the braised tofu, while the laksa was a bit bland and came with only three bits of tofu. Rice cost extra. Staff didn’t know answers to our questions about the menu and drink options. I would not recommend dining here.

Pros: Vegan options well marked

Cons: Expensive , Food wasn’t very nice

Disappointing

Maybe they were having an off day, but I expected better in light of some of the reviews. The Laksa was pretty bland and lacking spice (both in the sense of heat but more glaringly in the sense of flavor). The Woo Salad was disappointing in that the dressing was cloyingly sweet, and the bulk of the salad was comprised of iceberg lettuce, which is always disappointing to me because it’s such a cheap lettuce that has no flavor.

Pros: Several items can be made vegan

Cons: Blandness of food

Delicious food but really lacking options for gf vegans! Had a choice between 2 meals and a entree. Tad expensive but a nice night out if you make a date of it!

Delicious, but perhaps a touch expensive

If you plan to go during a busy time it would pay to book. A friend and I visited during Sunday lunch and were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a table (not sure why, it was a nice day and there were tables outside, also plenty of seating in the bar area and second dining room). They do have a takeout option however, which we utilised and the food arrived quickly. If you choose this option, do ask for cutlery if you need it! We sat down at a park nearby only to discover there was nothing to eat our salad and pana cotta with! The chickpea masala hawker roll was a touch spicy, but very flavourful. It combines well with the Woo salad, which has a little sweetness to it and some wonderful herb-y flavours; however, it (the salad) is quite dear for what you get. Also to keep in mind is that there may not be any parking close by and you may have to walk from further away. Overall, the food was delicious; however, you do pay for flavour, rather than quantity.

Pros: Delicious food!, Friendly staff, Takeout available

Cons: Some items seem a little expensive

Bit disappointed

Our first visit and I’ve wanted to come here for years - I love SE Asian food and have heard a lot of great things.
The food today was very average at best.
I’m not sure how frequently they update their menu (some recommended dishes weren’t on the menu) and perhaps the other dishes are better???
We had the vegetarian laksa made vegan and the roti (already vegan).
The stand out was the sauce they serve with the roti - some delicious peanut based concoction. So good!
Laksa was very average. Lacked any real depth of flavour. Definitely not worth $18.
Drinks are expensive - a really small glass of ginger beer for $6.
Location is great and service is efficient and lovely.
It’s great that all vegetarian dishes on the menu can be made vegan.

Nice asian eat

Easy menu. Delicious, light and fresh. The fried noodles are great "drunken noodles" really hits the spot. Hawksroll is nice but a bit greasy. Laksa is a big treat of curry. Only thing is, you better love eggplant cuz it's in everything. Would be a great place to take mixed company out for a nice meal.

Great place for relaxed and delicious meal

Been many times - always delicious, never had anything not amazing here! Lots of vegan options (one in each section). Definitely have the hawker rolls - to die for! And a cocktail!
Everything is clearly marked non the menu what is vegan and staff know the menu well.

Pros: Nice vibe , Great cocktails, Yummy food 😋
