Place is full of "character", especially with the eclectic mashup of various birds playing on loop (birders be warned!).

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated, Ethiopian restaurant. The staff were very friendly. It was my first time eating Ethiopian food. They are very vegan friendly and have note on the menu saying that the veggie/vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. I believe I ordered the veggie sampler. It was so delicious! I forgot to take a photo of it before digging in. It was a great, cultural experience. Initially, I thought it was so hygienic and thoughtful for the waitress to tell me to wash my hands prior to the food coming out. Then later it dawned on me that you eat the meals with your hands. I really loved this restaurant and highly recommend them!

Almost like in a jungle you’re sitting in this place, sometimes you even need a reservation. The staff was very friendly and recommended us the veggie sampler which was a lot for 2 persons. Great first Ethiopian food adventure!
