Spacious and welcoming

Nice environment with delicious food. I had the sweet potato soup (soup of the day) and a loaded quesadilla with jackfruit, rice, homemade cheese sauce and tomato mix. It was very filling.

Went back for a hot chocolate with rice milk on the cafe side. I love that this place is right by the holocausts walk through memorial. It’s a powerful place. They serve 2 vegan pastries: cinnamon rolls and pain au chocolat or chocolate croissants.

Amazing place

Beautiful café with restaurant a few steps from Budapest parliament. Prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in the city but affordable for this location. Excellent meal. Must try.

Pros: Vegan menu , Location, Excellent meal

One of the best coffee places.

Tasty hand brew coffee, amazing banana bread.
During my stay in Budapest I visited all three coffee shops.
Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to try their pasta - maybe next time.

Pros: Good coffee, Eco-friendly

Delicious high quality food, cozy atmosphere

We ordered the pasta of the day as well as two pizzas, all of which were absolutely delicious. The quality of the foods and drinks is very good. You can see the making of the pizza dough in a room with glass walls. Also has coffee, ice creams and a bakery, all of which looked wonderful. The atmosphere is beautiful.
Can highly recommend!

Very nice place to have a coffee or two.

This place had some vegan stuff. Not much when we were there, but what they had was good. The taste was nice. The coffee and vegan chocolate milk was very good!

Pros: Very nice coffee , Spacious , Clean looking

Cons: Maybe a bit little to choose from as a vegan

Suitable for everyone

Pasta sauces were quite interesting but I often cook pasta the same way at home. Fusilly were delicious, I undoubtedly felt professional hand. Pricez were good, portions were also satisfying, even too large (I tried a half). Interior is good, especially bright pictures. Usually there aren't enough colours in big cities, thus I feel happy looking at walls. There is a lot of space, I suppose, everyone can find his place or essential sense in this cafe. Service is fast and very friendly. It's comfortable that there is a choice between coffee dessert and wholesome lunch. Althought don't try taste all at once!

Pros: Pasta par is plant-based, a lot of vegan desserts, Nice comfortable place and team. Fast and hearty, Quite cheap. Non toxic.

Cons: Simple tastes (may be just for me)

Great pasta, decent price

The restaurant serves great vegan pastas. They’re very delicious, however there’s no vegetables. The atmosphere is kind of spiritual and based around an Indian spiritual leader, with ethereal music playing. Definitely worth a visit! There’s also a coffee place within the same restaurant. I had the funghi pasta.

Pros: Cheap, Delicious

Cons: Salty , No vegetables

we had a vegan pasta, the pasta was a bit uncooked, even for Italian standards, but nonetheless tasty.

Nurturing body & soul

Mada is my absolute fav coffee place in town and I love their super nice atmosphere in all their places around Budapest. You come in and you feel immediately at peace in all their places and their coffee is absolutely the best in town!
Great to work, meet up with friends or just chill.

At this branch they also have a little restaurant setting where they serve the most amazing vegan pasta for lunch! Absolut comfort food! A great place to take a break, eat and drink good stuff and nurture your body & soul!

Pros: Best coffee in town, Comfort food at it’s best

Really nice

The pasta was really good, there are a lot of vegan sweets and the vanilla chai latte was delicious. I would totally go back! Also the place is really nice and cozy.

Fancy environment, mediocre food

The restaurant looks modern and good. However, the food is not too tasty. The soup was cold and felt 'watered'. The quesadilla was filled with different stuff than in the menu. It was also hard to chew. The cookies purchased were also mediocre. However, the vegan cheese sauce was excellent. The lady selling the cookies was kind, which is also a plus.

Pros: Cheese sauce is good

Cons: Other food is mediocre

Nice food in relaxing atmosphere

Located right beside the Parliament, which makes it ideal if you would like to have a walk on the Danube banks after or before lunch.
I tried all their food (pasta, burger, quesadilla), and I find them good overall.
The burger - like they say - is very messy and falls apart on the first bite, but is delicious.
The quesadilla has a lot of cooked rice in it, which I find a bit strange - it was almost like a risotto in a flour tortilla, but its flavor is not bad and it is filling.
The pastas are a bit bland, but they have improved the recipes somewhat.

You have to order at the till, the servers are nice.

Good quick lunch stop

I agree with the other review that the menu items do not have much legumes going on, but I still found the food filling and good quality. I though this was a pasta bar, it was not, but they had several different pasta options on the menu as well as a couple other things. The pastas were great and interesting, and the burger had good flavor but was more of a sloppy joe. The vegan desserts from the cafe at the other counter were just ok and mostly raw.

Pros: Great flavors

Cons: Short menu

Good pastas

Fast service, fair prices, good pastas, but lacks proteins. There's not much on the menu to keep you filled until dinner.

Delicious vegan latte

We originally came here to eat, but we didn't know the pasta bar was closed at that time, so we just stayed for amazing vegan chai lattes. Staff was friendly, the place looks lovely :)

Cons: Разочаровала паста

Spacious cafe with vegan options

I’ve been here a few times since it’s great for studying; there are tons of tables and the lighting is nice and bright. The food is good too; there’s usually at least one plant-based cake option, as well as raw energy balls and chocolate treats. They also vegan a vegan croissant if they haven’t run out yet. There’s also a pasta bar which looks delicious, although it’s not open early.

Pros: Spacious

Good vegan pasta bar

The pasta bar is all vegan but the cafe section in the same open plan area is not (I payed extra 150 FT (1100 FT in total) for oat milk in my iced chocolate, which was good but not outstanding). The regular sized pasta dish came to 1390 FT which I thought was better priced than the drink. The pasta with salsa di melanzane (tomato garlic and eggplant sauce) was enjoyable but not amazing.
I found it easy to order in contrast to previous reviews. There are signs in Hungarian English on the wall explaining what’s in the sauces available that day and what the soup is. There is a menu with prices on the counter and on the wall.

Don’t recommend, don’t waste your time

Don’t recommend. At counter there were nobody, or no menus. Nobody bothers to tell you what to do, where to order. Nor to take your order.

Pros: No pros. Well, it does exist.
