the food was so bland. the chicken tasted as if it was boiled in water or from a crockpot with absolutely no seasoning.NONE. after reheating my burrito bowl, there was a pool of water, which furthers my boiling of the chicken theory. there was no flavor to anything. the salsa is definitely from a jar or either canned tomatoes, and the chips are just your everyday store bought tortilla chips. It was a cute little place and the service was great and everyone was nice, but this is not mexican food. For this business’ sake I hope they pick up a taco seasoning packet & maybe a real avacado and tomato. If i could give the food a zero I would. the store bought chips were the best part because they had some salt on them. I think the food could be good, if the meats were actually seasoned, and cooked in a pan authentically. we could have ate at tacobell for the same price but it would have been even more authentic mexican food than this & actually been seasoned and good. don’t waste your time unless they start to season their food, if you’re craving a taco head to taco bell, or looking for a burrito or bowl head to chipotle for the same exact price with a little bit of spice.

Fun atmosphere, tons of great drink options, menu modifiable for vegan options (lots already vegetarian). Best part was the knowledgable person who checked me out- I asked for help veganizing and she understood/had clear answers/even volunteered information (bootleg sauce: vegan, salsa: has honey). I got the impossible crunchwrap with pico on the side and a mezcal Paloma, and they were pretty yummy.

Pros: Helpful staff, Great drink selection , Food was good and can be made vegan

Cons: No vegan options without modification

I got a burrito bowl with black beans and no cheese. They have impossible meat also, but I avoid it because it makes me sick. The burrito bowl was gigantic and comes with rice, lettuce, seasoned black beans, and pico. A ton of food for the price. The chips were good but I wasn’t a fan of the guac. Overall, not bad.
