The menu is quite small, but there's definitely something on there for everyone. Burgers, baked potatoes, salads, ice cream.

I had the Classic Baked Potato and my wife tried Classic Mad Burger with pommes frites and chipotle mayo. We really enjoyed our food. We ordered it as take away. And it’s so cool that we have a vegan restaurant in Kolding! 😎

Knuds Mad Kitchen is a must-visit! The menu offers a diverse range of options for both lunch and dinner, catering to various tastes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The place is small and cozy, it’s great that there’s an option to sit at the bar next door or in their garden. The staff is very friendly, they helped us navigate the menu, suggesting dishes that suited us perfectly. One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the option of homemade seitan as the protein source on toasts and loaded fries. It tastes amazing and it’s a refreshing departure from the usual falafel. They also have vegan ice cream (not only sorbets). I can't wait to visit again!
