Not very good, better options near by - Edit
This is in the same shopping areas as both Native Foods and Mod Market. Both have far better vegan options. Salads and Mod Market are similar, but much higher quality and you can build your own to make it vegan.

MAD Greens - Edit
I had the Da Vinci veganized yesterday and thought this MAD Greens was pretty average. The veggies, while fresh, were tasteless - the avocado I had added being the worst offender. For $10 I expect a tasty salad with ingredients that have flavor. Unfortunately MAD Greens missed the mark this time around.
