Nice bread and salads - Edit
If you're passing by the Copenhagen Central Station, and only have a short stop, to find some food, MAD Cooperativet, in the corner of the building, is an excellent choice. They have a salad menu, and you can choose one from there, and easily omit or add things you wish. Beware of the dressing, as they (when I last visited) are pre-made, and doesn't have a list of ingredients.
While you are there, you can also pick up some fresh bread from the bakery section. My suggestion would be getting the Ølandshvede rolls with cranberries. Delicious!
