Healthy, delicious, convenient, affordable-- - Edit
I highly recommend Macro Mediterranean to anyone who wants to live in a healthy and balanced way. I had been learning about the benefits of plant-based eating through books, films and talks. It was perfect timing for me to get the support I needed to take this new awareness to the next level by realizing that I could live off and be energized by mostly plant based diet. The meals were yummy, inspiring and deeply nourishing.
