Dumpling making Course - Edit
They have three vegan options on the menu and there is a chinese dumpling making course three times per week. It costs 5 $ and was an hour long. We asked if we could take part and make vegan dumplings the night before the course took place. The instructor was very nice and had prepared some of her vegan tofu filling for us. We had a lot of fun. You don't make the filling and the dough yourself though. We got 5 round pieces of dough and bowls with the filling and learned three different ways of folding dumplings. Then we could make two more freestyle dumplings. After that, they were steamed and in the meantime we could try the method for hand rolling the dough. In the end we got to eat our dumplings.

Good price dumpling - Edit
They have one type of vegan dumplings. The filling is tofu, carrot and mushroom, 12 for 4$ or 6 for 2.5$. They were a bit bland, they would be better with some spices in but still good.

Super amazing dumplings - Edit
Came here to have a different culinary experience on the island and was not disappointed! The dumplings were super & the staff were super friendly. Happy hour starts the same time as the kitchen opens for dumplings! Would 10/10 recommend. Sad they serve meat though, however nowhere on the island seems to even be vegetarian.
