Decent Matcha house with plant-based milk options - Edit
Matcha house that offers soy- and oat-milk for an extra charge of 150 yen. Normal matcha and matcha latte appear to be the only vegan options here unfortunately as the desserts, especially the matcha tiramisu look very delicious. Also note that you will have to drink your matcha inside.

Soy and oat milk available. Cream not suited for vegans, so be careful which maccha latte you order.
Read morePrices ok, higher than normal as it is right in the middle of a tourisic area. They charge an extra 150€ for soy and oat milk.
As far as I can tell: no vegan dessert available.
English menu available (just turn the japanese one to the other side).
Self-service. Cold drinks come in plastic cups. Hot tea is served in a japanese tea set. My sencha brewed a little too long because of the self-service.
