I had read about this place on happycow, so I stopped in for a bite. Here's my Mac and Cheeza review.
The space is basic and cute, painted in bright yellow and white, with a few small tables for seating. You order at the counter from the menu which offers just one thing: mac n cheese.
I got the "mama size" regular wheat macroni with soy cheese, and it was delicious. $10. I especially like the spicy walnut crumbles on top (part of the order, no extra charge).
If you are craving vegan mac n cheese (and are not soy intolerant), this is the place to get your fix when in downtown LA.
