Creative and super delicious! - Edit
Damn was this good.
I'm pretty new to raw food, but boy... this was good.
My raw and vegan burritos were a dream.
The complete menu was rich and creative.
The staff was nice, the surrounding Resort was green and quite, and the meal looked and tasted awesome.
Pros: raw, vegan, delicious, nice staff, quite place

A peaceful hideaway - Edit
Maa is a great little spot tucked just off the beach inside Leela Cottages. We stopped in for lunch and had a bunch of smoothies, snacks and some ice cream. Everything was carefully made with lovely presentation and tasted great. Definitely try the Caprese Salad and the sushi rolls - so good!
Pros: Fresh, Tasty
Cons: Pricey, Isolated location

Lovely place - Edit
This place was easy to find from the road, thanks to a big sign. The restaurant is separate from but with a lovely resort in middle of palm trees. I guess the beach is just a walking distance away but could not see it from the restaurant, thanks to dense palm trees. The atmosphere is very lovely. There's small romantic huts of the resort around and hammocks between trees. You can sit under open sky or under a roof with fans.
We were the only customers at the time we arrived and in that sense you could say the service was not very fast but not much slower from average Goan speed... I ordered a salad which was not very impressive but my husband's raw toast with avocado and cashew-cheese and sprouts was very tasteful!
All the food here is raw vegan. Price is a bit high when compared to other restaurants in this area. Two cold pressed juices (which tasted amazing!), a salad and a toast was 1000 rupees (€15) but on our 3-week trip to Goa this has been the only place to get raw vegan food, so keep in mind that this is quite special. Deffinately worth it. I wish they had yoga-retreats here.
Pros: good food, good value, nice vibe
Cons: they might play awful background music, mosquitos at sundown time
