Solid option for a food truck kind a day - Edit
I heard about this truck from my daughter, who highly recommended them. They were very nice, food was pretty good. I do not crave it to search them down but would def support and eat from here if I were at an event they were at.

I first tried M I Vegan about a year ago at a small food truck event. There were long lines and wait times, so I only ordered the loaded tots. They were good, but I wasn't blown away. I was at Horrock's for lunch a couple weeks ago and by chance, they were there again! I decided to split the burger, garlic parm fries, and grilled cheeze with my sister. IT WAS AMAZING! I still have dreams about that burger...🤤 So flavorful and cooked perfectly. The grilled cheeze was awesome, too! The vegan cheese they use is great. The fries were good, but I wish they had just plain french fries! I could tell the fries would have been good on their own.

Read moreSeriously, these guys need more love. We got just about everything (loaded tots, tacos, burgers, cauliflower wings, grilled cheeze...) from them and it was all AMAZING. The Lansing area desperately needs more of what these guys are dishing out. Try them for yourself, take your spouse, your buddies, your great uncle Kevin who should probably see more of the outdoors anyways, your kids, your in-laws, your friends from high school that you haven't talked to in 15 years, your parole officer, your attorney, your financial advisor, your 3rd cousin twice removed... You get the idea. Eat here and bring everyone with you. None of you will be disappointed (except maybe your great uncle Kevin, he's just too hard to please these days).

5 year vegan veteran in lansing... this is my FAVORITE spot! - Edit
Everything here is truly so flavorful. It's comfort food with a fresh feeling! Been a vegan in Lansing for 5 years have have tried every option around here. THIS is my absolute favorite place.

Awesome Food Truck - Edit
Ordered at the Dewitt Farmer’s Market. Family had the vegan burger, grilled cheese, and cauliflower wings. Everything was excellent. Wish we had ordered a full order of the wings instead of half because our picky eater kids ate them right up. Vegan burger had a good mixture of textures with a Beyond burger cooked to perfection on a pretzel bun.

Read moreTorch Lake Tacos - The red coleslaw and black bean filling is a tasty combination which is accented by the spicy mayo-like sauce. The corn tortilla gives soft taco feel with a hard shell taste.
Traverse City Tots - For these tots think loaded nachos with tots instead of nachos. The taste of salsa, beans, and sauce really compliment the tots.
Midwest Wings, Garlic Parmesan - The light batter coating creates a slight crunch around the cauliflower wings which holds up well with this mayo-like creamy cheesy and garlic sauce with a light, spicy kick.
Chocolate Chip Cookies - They are thick and chewy. The edges are thick, like the middle, but have a crispness. The cookies are just the right amount of sweetness. A delicious end to a delicious meal!
