Vegan options, but wait staff not knowledgeable

I went to Lu’s after seeing on Happy Cow that they had vegan options. Unfortunately, we got new, inexperienced wait staff so were on our own to determine our best vegan options. I ended up with a vegetarian noodle dish that was pretty bland and overly salty. Next time I’ll know to ask for help from someone more knowledgeable about their menu options.
