A surprising find!

We were really hungry on our way to Hilo and found Luquin's in Pahoa. I had the enchilada plate with one tofu and one potato enchilada and green sauce. The server had a good understanding of vegan food and told me the red sauce and the rice contained chicken broth. The green sauce is vegan and OMG! It was sooo good! This would be a great place for a mixed group of vegans and non-vegans. The salsa was also pretty darned good!

Pros: Tofu is an option on the menu, Green sauce is delicious, Good service and pleasant atmosphere

Cons: Rice and red sauce have chicken broth
