not vegan-friendly - Edit
unless you want to split a pitcher of marg, everything uses lard or chicken stock. although i initially ordered fajitas with the expectation that it would be vegan, the platter still arrived with sour cream and melted cheese.

Straightforward, traditional fare - Edit
The service was excellent. The burrito I ordered was made without cheese. It was filling and flavorful. The salsa, which came with the chips, was also good.
Read moreNote: the bathroom is not in the restaurant. Patrons need to leave the establishment and walk around the restaurant via an exterior hallway in the building.
