Delish - Edit
I ate at Lunch two days in a row while visiting Fairbanks. Each day the food and service were super. I was able to enjoy a breakfast sandwich- with an easy addition of a vegan sausage patty, house-made- vegan broccoli slaw,, a huge salad with a substitution of vegan burgers for chicken, falafel pita sandwiches, veggie kabobs, and delicious rich vegan brownies. We had donuts one day that were impressive, and the next was just ok. We also ordered a mango-coconut smooshie one day that was incredible. I would definitely go back to Lunch if I visit Fairbanks again. Tips are included in the prices, which are very reasonable.
Pros: Excellent choices, Ample quality portions, Fast service
Cons: Serves meat

Best thing in the city - Edit
This is definitely the best place for vegans in Fairbanks. Everything is labeled clearly, they have vegan donuts, and there are numerous choices. I had great experiences here, including friendly service. I'd definitely go back again.
Pros: Labels vegan items, Vegan donuts
Cons: Serves meat

Could Use A Happy Spirit In This Place! - Edit
This is a cute little place in downtown Fairbanks. The food's consistency changes daily. Some times I go here and the food is awesome, other times I leave with something left to be desired. The staff's attitudes' consistency is like the food, changes daily! This could be an awesome place, but the Lunch Cafe is holding it's self back from greatness, due to the lack of care in the restaurant. I really hope they reevaluate the food and friendliness atmosphere in this restaurant.
They have a variety of salads and sandwiches, as well as soups. The eggs benedict on Saturdays is incredibly delicious with their homemade pumpkin biscuits. Wish they offered breakfast food all day, every day! The stuffed Avacado is wonderful, especially paired with their chicken salad...... on most days, but the chicken salad is one thing that changes daily!
Things not to go for:
*salad dressing that comes with potato salad is horrible
*potato salad is not very good
*appetizer sampler, with the veggies and dip was the worst thing we've ever had. (veggies were horrible, how do you mess up veggies!)
*some of the sliders are good and some are not, seems like they are trying so hard to make them vegan instead of making them great. (the chicken salad slider is the best by far, and it's clearly not vegan)
Pros: Organic foods, nondairy milk, vegan choices
Cons: Servers attitudes can change drastically by serve

Yummmm!!! - Edit
I love this place! Most of their food is vegan. Tons of delicious baked goods. A fresh juice every day. Fresh soup every day. I had a soft pretzel with nut-cho cheeze the other day that was so good! They serve local food whenever possible. Also roast their own coffee right there. Great place:)
Pros: lots of excellent vegan options, small, local cafe, delicious food
Cons: not open on Sunday or Monday
