Lukamades are the Greek version of beignets or zeppolis…light, fried donut holes. They are naturally vegan, so they don’t have much taste unless you add sugar cinnamon with some other topping. This company offers something explicitly labeled vegan toppings for their treats. In all, a pretty nice treat for an airport setting.

There are a few toppings you can choose from, I had the bitter chocolate and added hazelnuts (costs extra to add toppings). It was nice and sweet.
