There are many different vegan ice cream flavors, including vegan waffle cones. You even get a small free sample on top :)

Great vegan ice cream with lots of choice - Edit
Luicella’s ice cream is super delicious and there’s a great selection of vegan flavours as well as vegan cones! At €2.40 per scoop, it’s a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it in terms of taste. You can also get a small extra tasting scoop for free on request plus they offer a loyalty card (10 1). The coffee can be prepared with oat milk at no extra charge.
