Great Breakfast - Edit
We had the bagel with golden beet lox, the empanadas, and pastrami sandwich. Best vegan lox I’ve had-so much flavor!

The Reuben Delight - Edit
During my visit to Philadelphia, my first stop was at Reading Terminal Market, all thanks to my craving for Luhv Vegan Deli. I ordered my favorite, the Reuben sandwich ($9.99), and added a side pickle for an extra 50 cents.
Read moreLet me tell you, it was hands down the best vegan Reuben I've ever tasted. The combination of corned beef, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and provolone on rye bread created a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The creaminess from the cheese and dressing, the heartiness from the corned beef, and the acidic bite from the sauerkraut made every bite incredibly satisfying.
Aside from their fantastic Reuben, Luhv Vegan Deli offers a variety of other sandwiches, deli meats, cheeses, and delectable desserts like whoopie pies and coffee cakes. The experience was simple, straightforward, and utterly delicious. Also, the service was efficient and friendly. If you're in the mood for a hearty vegan meal that hits all the right notes, Luhv Vegan Deli at Reading Terminal Market is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough!

The Reuben and the Chicken Salad are a must - Edit
Loved the Reuben just for nostalgia's sake and the Chicken salad wrap was perfect. There were 5 other sandwiches we didn't try that I 'm sure would be fantastic. They are in one of the middle aisles like 45 and on the end. Just ask and someone can show you where they are.

The sausage egg bagel was delicious and filling! And I love that the sausage and egg are made of whole ingredients. (Oats, flax etc)

So many options - Edit
Didn't take too long to find the shop at Reading terminal market, it is located in the middle ish I would say. I loved their vast range of different meat, cheese and deli they had at this wee stall. I bought a breakfast bagel with bacon and egg and something else that I can't remember, which was nice. They didn't have seats at their booth, but there were seating elsewhere at the market.

Worth the stop. - Edit
Food is quick and tasty. chips and pickles are nice with your sandwich. Don't expect the meat to be extremely similar to real flesh, but all offerings are delicious. They tend to have specials too!
Read moreThe bags food is served in are really thin, sometimes even ripping if there's too much in there and you're not careful. I don't recommend sticking around too long once you've bought everything you wanted.

Limited Selection - Edit
When visiting the deli, I was ecstatic to find long-lost foods such as Swiss cheese and scrapple. The scrapple was divine. The swiss cheese did not live up to the lofty expectations. All the meat was fantastic. I wish there were more of a selection. They were out of a lot of products when I visited.

I want to bring this place home with me to Columbus - Edit
Was in Philly for 4 days while volunteering at Pax Unplugged. I ate here at least once each day. I meant to write this review right away and wanted to give shout outs to the awesome staff, but I don't really trust my memory now 😆 maybe it was Mike and Jenny? Their bacon was like none I've ever had and I asked if it was in house made--turns out they'd just started making it themselves.
