A great vegan spot! - Edit
Very good ambiance, cute and small. Most importantly, delicious vegan dish. There is one dish on the menu that’s vegan and it’s worth going to this spot to try it out.

Vegan platter and coffee - Edit
The vegan beyeaynetu platter was so tasty and filling! Don't skip on the coffee as well, I think it's the best I've ever had and comes with a sugar-dusted popcorn that pairs so well!

Soo yummy - Edit
My partner and I both love Ethiopian food and this was definitely added to one of our favourite places. Only few option on the menue but what we had was amazing and clearly named. It's a small but very cozy place. It's usually a big portion so we usually share one and we both get full on that.

Enjoyable - Edit
Two vegan options on the menu. We had two times vegan plate (you can also ask separate plates but one shared plate is more appealing). The food was served on a big plate that is covered with huge flatbread (injera). Everything is eaten with hands which is a bit messy.
Read moreThe food was good but the real treat was the Ethiopian style coffee which was strong but not bitter at all. Highly recommended! One can of coffee serves up to 4 persons.
The waiter didn’t speak that much English but was still friendly.
Pros: Nice interior, Excellent Ethiopian coffee

Delicious food, decently priced ( for Norway) - Edit
We had the only vegan dish which was excellent. The portions were big and the price was quite good ( approx. 200kr)

Cozy atmosphere - Edit
I liked how the restaurant felt and the waitress was very friendly - but I do have to admit that I had better injeras before. The food was overall a bit too sour.

Ethiopian excellence - Edit
Cosy restaurant with traditionally decorated dining room and atmospheric Ethiojazz playlist. Friendly service is relaxed and efficient. Beyaynetu mixed platter is perhaps not the most aesthetically stunning version out there but flavours are delicious and warmly spiced on generous sour teff injera (for supplementary charge). Shiro is served piping hot in a clay pot and has a good kick to it. (Proceed with caution if sampling its green chilli!)
