Tofu and cashew nuts are available to add on to any dish. Fried rice, noodles and mixed vegetables are all available vegan with a variety of sauces (not all sauces are vegan). Note that the fried tofu and the vegetable spring rolls are fried in vegetarian oil but in same fryer as meatstuff. Just specify if you are vegan, and staff will assist.
