Vegan sushi

You »ll find a lot of vegan sushi and a great variety of them. Not only there are other vegan options

Vegan sushi in a shopping mall

I have now visited 3 times. This place was a good find, I especially liked that there is so much vegan sushi options! They use vegan mayo in some of the sushi (personally I don’t understand mayo in sushi :)) and also a Finnish specialty: pulled oats (=Nyhtökaura).
The vegan miso soup is sometimes a bit salty for my taste, but I am used to low salt food, so that might be the reason.
There is always a warm vegan dish in the warm side, usually a vegan tofu in red curry. Twice it was REALLY good, once it was only ok. I love the mini spring rolls, with lots of sweet&sour-sauce. Last time there was also fried udon noodles, I was so happy, udon is my favourite!

Pros: Variety of vegan options, Affordable, 1-hour free parking for mall-customers

Cons: The ice cream isn’t milk free, Often the same warm dish for vegans, Shopping mall atmosphere
