Tasty vegan option  - Edit
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. Plenty of vegan options that tasted wonderful. The owners were super friendly, and very accommodating. We started talking about all things vegan and he went back, and created something off the menu just for me and my lunch companions. The next time we come back to this part of the world will definitely check in on them again, and try some more vegan delicious choices.

Keep in mind this place is a 1 man show. Our food took about 40 mins and we were the only ones in there because the tofu always gets fried fresh. The ambience was also a little awk with no music lol. But the server was super nice and food was good! Like the previous reviewer said, there is a full vegan menu but the only things they offer right now is the spring rolls and tofu pho (or maybe it’s just on certain days?)

Great food with multiple vegan protein options (which is unheard of in this area). Service has always been good and the food is great.

Good food, family place … server and hostess had their children helping. I would prefer a different decor … no big screens, Christmas trees and better, more relaxing music. (I like Asian decor and music in an Asian restaurant). The food was very fresh and there was a whole vegan section.

🍜 Great vegan apps, bubble tea, soups. But call ahead for the vegan Pho broth! - Edit
I was very excited to come here based on the reviews of the great vegan Pho. Sadly, as the other reviews have said— you will need to call ahead. The vegan pho broth was not yet made when I got there right at opening.

[*] 35 - Vegan House Signature Spring Rolls - Goi Cuon Chay Dac Biet
I did this one just to see what it was. A vegan egg roll rolled up into a vegan spring roll?? Yes please. Great mix of savory, crunchy, and fresh.
[*] 43 - Vegan HUE Spice Noodle - Bun Hue Chay
(Comes with vegan chicken, vegan shrimp, or tofu)
This was very tasty and very spicy. The meat sub they used (I think it was shrimp. She didn’t ask me my preference. I didn’t double check the menu to see I could have picked chicken/ shrimp/ tofu. Woops) was super tender and flavorful. I was very happy with the texture, unlike some places that make their vegan options quite chewy. You will sweat if you get this dish! 🔥
[*] Vegan banana bubble tea
Ordering vegan Bubble Tea:
1. (Pic of menu side 1 is attached) can’t order bubble smoothies. They have the milk powder in the mix.
2. Can order vegan bubble tea, however! They can be made vegan if specified. The milk tea flavor is the only exception.
3. The sugar cane they use is obviously quite sweet. I wish I had done mine at half sweetness.

I’ve been to Vietnam and the pho here definitely compares. So delicious! Lots of vegan options, staff is friendly, decent prices. Their tap water is actually all alkaline water as well!

I am a strict vegetarian and I adore this place! They have multiple vegan/vegetarian options and the staff are aware that fish sauce is NOT vegan! They can alter any dish to make it vegan and it all tastes amazing. Hands down my favorite Vietnamese place ever!

My family and I ate here because we heard they had vegan pho. It did not disappoint. I have a cold and the pho made me feel a lot better. Just let the server know you want the vegetarian/vegan pho and any vegan appetizers they have. The owner actually makes vegan chicken, fish, and ham. Unbelievably good!
