Good but small - Edit
Great flavors, we order for pickup and was ready upon arrival but prices at store differ from their website, definitely more on the expensive side for the small amount of food you get. But we’re learning that’s how it is in most of places in Hawaii.

Best in Honolulu - Edit
The menu was all vegan! It was great! So many restaurants get referred to as vegan and turn out to have only one vegan option on their menus, often a veggie burger or fake meat burger. (How does this make them a vegan restaurant?) The Loving Hut is a truly vegan restaurant and I love them for it.

Made with love :) - Edit
Grateful and kind service, minimal manning but appropriately expedient.
Read moreThe food tasted great, It’s simple and straight forward. I got the sweet and sour option and it took over the taste and I cannot complain as it tasted great and was filling for lunch. The crispy rolls were very good, would be a lot to ask for more, but maybe with more funding they could.
The price is reasonable and I believe I would visit again is afforded the opportunity.
Parking is iffy but doable
Pros: Good selection/ tasty food, Good service, Reasonable prices

Hands down best Vegan food - Edit
My first time visiting Hawaii. I was surprised at how many vegan options they had. This place was my favorite of all the vegan places we visited. It was absolutely delicious!!!!! My next visit to Hawaii I will 💯 be going back. Beef and broccoli 🤤 the broccoli was cooked at the right tenderness. The onions had a delicious taste with a little crunch to them. And the beef was out of this world. I was literally drinking the Gravy juices that was remaining in my bowl. The sping rolls were sooo tasty!!! My mouth is drooling thinking of this delicious food. Can't wait to go back

Good vegan chain - Edit
Loving huts can be hit or miss sometimes, but I definitely prefer the ones with more Asian than American food on the menu. This one is mostly Asian and food is relatively healthy. I think they use the perfect amount of oil so nothing tastes overly greasy and the food is seasoned really well. I love anything with the soy chicken in it. We got the lemongrass chicken and spicy Moana this time. I also recommend the Mongolian stir fry and the crispy rolls!

Asian style food was tasty, good portions & kind staff. My non-vegan dad liked it too! Took about 25-30 mins to get our takeout but that’s ok, I believe it’s all freshly made. Looks like a hole in the wall, but overall great food.

Always a treasure - Edit
I had the luck to eat in many Loving Hut restaurants. They never disappointed me. Loving hut on King St in Honolulu was another little gem: nice staff, 100% vegan menu, fresh ingredients cooked with love. Tasty recipes, balanced dishes. I loved their pho and the vegan shrimps with rice and veggies, the sauce was amazing. My husband devoured the lucky burger.

Small footprint, but abundant options.
Read moreOrdered rolls for appetizer, and two noodle dishes for entree. They all taste good, appetizer tho is small in portion(literally two rolls cut in half), but entrees portions are fine.
Pros: Lots of options, Hospitable staff, Clean toilet(does this count?)

Not pleasant service - Edit
We drove all the way to the king street location to eat here and support this Vegan establishment and despite it being during their open hours listed on happy cow, their website, Instagram and Google and them being inside they told us they were closed, with no explanation or rationale. Very disappointed we could not give this place a try during our trip to Hawaii.

Good Food, Limited Variety - Edit
I visited Loving Hut for the first time and my order was very tasty. I got the sweet and sour tofu which was presented nicely and had good flavor. I also ordered the crispy rolls which were also very good, but I have to say they tasted identical to the veggie egg rolls you can get in the frozen section at Trader Joe's. Bill was $20 for the two items I ordered. I don't know if I would go back simply because I think there are more interesting places - their menu seemed limiting in that it was comprised of mostly asian inspired dishes (stir fry, spring rolls, pho, etc). If this was the only vegan place in the vicinity, however, I say it is a great option. There were lots of little gnats flying inside the restaurant though. Overall, it was satiating and flavorful, but I think the other options on the menu looked so-so.

So good - Edit
This restraunt has some truly amazing quality food and extremely friendly staff. I had the spicy moana and although it was not spicy it was delicious. We also had the crunchy rolls as an appetizer and the tapioca as desert. Both lived up to the expectation and we're worth the purchase. So far best vegan food I have had in Hawaii

Friendly and fast service - Edit
Taking a tour of the vegan eateries in the area. This is definitely one to go to. The waitress was super friendly and the food was served quickly even though every seat in the restaurant was full. My partner got the happy spaghetti and I had the lemongrass hawaiiana. The spice level was decent but not overpowering. The happy spaghetti was a bit oily, but the meat sauce was great!
