buffet and a la carte menu. I had the buffet: veggie fried rice, tofu, seiten, broccoli and plantain. All good but nothing special and a little bland. Seiten was the highlight for me. A good portion for the price ($6.50). Cantina style interior. They also have a few items available for sale.

I wasn’t a giant fan of loving hut’s food personally, I was disappointed the cheese on my cheeseburger wasn’t melted and the menu said they had cupcakes but they were out. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t great. However it was affordable and available vegan food and that will always be appreciated.

The restaurant is really simple decorated but the food is good. You get a large portion for a small price. Its also really healthy with lots of fresh vegetables. I like that sort of restaurants!

Loving Huts are usually worth trying in every country. In this eatery style restaurant you can choose dishes from the menu but there is also a buffet with lots of options. We wanted seitan so we chose seitan and mushrooms from the menu. Seitan was soft and mushrooms tasty, broccoli was a good addition to the dish. The sauce was something that reminds me of chinese restaurants. Not the best but was ok, very salty.

We arrived about 10 minutes before closing, but the owner was still happy to serve us. We both ended up deciding on the same thing - rice, seitan, and broccoli. The serving sizes were larger than expected, especially for the price. Flavorful and quite filling.

O Loving Hut fica a uns 10 minutos andando da estação do metro El Carmen (Iglesia del Carmen). É uma excelente opção tanto para quem está hospedado na Cidade do Panamá como para quem tem conexões de longas horas no aeroporto, como era o meu caso, já que agora o aeroporto internacional da Cidade do Panamá também é conectado ao metro.

Just want to note that they close at 7:30! Not at 8:30 as it says here. I arrived late but they graciously filled me a box of whatever was left to take home. Very nice staff and yummy and affordable food. They even have dessert options and homemade ice cream.

They sell vegan food buffet style to pick from, on a separate menu, deep frozen for home and even desserts 😍 staff is very friendly and helpful and the portions are large. We choose the buffet style food: Each of us had 6 portions on a plate and that was huge (16$ in total for 2 persons), it was wonderful fresh and delicious. They serve free drinking water and jasmine tea. It's really great, they've got a big variety of fresh veggies and legumes, rice, tofu and even Tiramisu 😋

The food was really affordable for Panama. The meal I ordered included a drink (get the yummy guyabano/soursop juice!) The food was good but a little oily and cold from the Bain-Marie when we arrived. It's probably better to get there earlier or order a la carte. There is large range of vegan mock meats and ice cream in the freezers if you want to take something home. Edit: the ice cream is delicious!

This is a buffet restaurant, although there is a menu as well. You pay $1.50 for each item. I had four items and it was very filling. There are vegan "meats" as options as well as potatoes, noodles, and vegetables.

Loving Hut are individually owned franchise, this one is pretty good and the price is very affordable. One of my favorite are the Empanadas, Ham Pao and the Ice Cream, those are available to go. I dont give this place a 5 review due to the parking lot, very difficult to find a spot. #Veganuary

The choices were a bit confusing (we don't speak Spanish). Ended up asking for a few different things from the buffet, paid an average price. Food was good. The teachings of their master was broadcast on a TV, in 5-6 languages. Was an interesting experience, never heard about them before.

Read moreThe staff was wonderful, and they encouraged me to sample several options.... and truly everything was good! Phenomenal prices and portion sizes, and the dessert was to die for. I left incredibly full, and even though the food is a bit fried/heavy it made for a delicious mid-day meal.

Generally, we avoid loving huts on our travels because we avoid the Supreme Master cult- but we stopped in for a quick lunch. They have a buffet or you can order Individual dishes off the menu. The food is OK, nothing to write home about. We enjoyed the beef and broccoli and fried rice.

Found a Raw Vegan option ! - Edit
Excellent place for a vegan in the city, buffet menu with lots of choices at a really good price. They offer a frozen version of some of their products for you to make at home too. This time I found the a la carta menu and I got a custom made raw salad: lettuce, cilantro, tomato, zucchini and onions. Finding a good big salad it’s not easy in Panama so I was very happy, also great stuff, happy, playful and courteous!
