A Good Loving Hut - Edit
This is a traditional Loving Hut, that is one which serves typical Taiwanese favourites to locals who would otherwise not eat vegan food.
Food is basic and inexpensive, and the interior is humble and simple but welcoming.
If you want a safely-vegan, reasonably healthy, inexpensive meal in Hsinchu then this is a good option, though it's a little far from the train station and downtown area (a short taxi ride). I recommend the curry rice and the dumplings.
Pros: inexpensive, all vegan, nice family-run restaurant
Cons: a little far from the downtown area
