Food is so delicious...

I tried fried roll, it was great.
And Pho style noodle was also good.

Lovely place

Personally I'm not into the mysticism but the food was great and it felt good to support such an earnest vegan chain. I also got some vegan 'floss' to take away which was yum

Tasty cheap vegan food

The food was great! We both ordered the Pho - would definitely recommend. I also got a soy milk Coffee 😋. Also very cheap.
Only 4 starts because service was very slow and we couldnt seem to order a black Coffee (maybe due to language??).

Nice food for 55k

I ordered the fried noodles and they are pretty nice.

Place is for around 20 people.

It is inside a narrow street but there is a yellow sigh at the road.

Good price

I came here to have a quick and cheap meal. It perfectly met expectations. There are several options of local food at decent prices, but a good phở at 40k vnd (Nov 2023) is unbeatable.

Nice stuff, gratis pho

We arrived almost at closing time and even though they let us order.
The pho soup was very very tasty, we also tried the cinnamon meat and it was ok but the vietnamita pork was a little bit boring.

Pros: Pho soup, let us stay inside when we're leaving coz of rain, Cheap

GAHHH

i have been to every loving hut I can and this one didn’t disappoint. despite a language barrier our joy was felt and shared with the staff and the food was great.
Well priced for what you get, including the typical Loving Hut ambience and energy. The dishes aren’t winning any plating awards but it’s purpose is to fill your belly with yum yum happy vibes anyway- flavour and variety of options on the menu wins any day.
We had three dishes and all were around 60/70k each- yes it’s not as cheap as a street side Bahn Mi but it’s great for a switch up!!
Says they close at 8 but we were there later talking to a travelling family!!

Pros: vegan memorabilia and morals, many options

Cons: fans could be faster/ aircon, should have ordered rice on the side

A cozy relaxed eatery just off bustling streets

We’ve just arrived to either Vietnam and Hanoi and still shocked by this intense bustling city when felt hungry, but seemed mission impossible to find vegan options with our zero Vietnamese proficiency, so an eureka moment made us thought maybe Happy Cow works here too. We couldn’t believe we’re yards away from this place and their staff were so friendly, helpful and keen on veganism. We’ve not only a delicious noodles and pancakes, but a useful tuition on how to sail through Vietnam as a vegan. Thank you ladies

Little Lunch Stop

Stumbled upon this place whilst looking for an ATM north of the HCM mausoleum.

Had the lemongrass tofu and sweet and sour ribs. Not overly fussed on the tofu but ribs were good, even had a coconut ‘bone’ within each of the ribs!

Perfect

Great food, try the pancake that looks like an omelette- it is incredibly good. Staff is very friendly, the woman even helped us in eating the food the vietnamese way 😂.

Lovely little place

Happy Cow wasn't suggesting many places in this part of town, and this was the nearest at 600m, but I was wary because of all the negative reviews. These were quite old though, so I thought I'd give it a go. Pleased to report it is clean, bright and spacious. The staff didn't speak English but the menu was in Vietnamese and English, so no problems ordering. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, which was pretty cheap by Hanoi standards. I would definitely come again.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Mock beef particularly good, Clean and bright

Sad experience

Unfortunately, we didn't like the place. We came to have lunch, and didn't feel very welcome. A cat was coming out from the kitchen, and we had a fly in our glass of water (which was free though :). The food wasn't tasty, but there was a lot of interesting options😄

Pros: Vegan, Okay priced, Great if you like seafood-stuff :b

Cons: Not tasty, Didn't feel welcome , Fly in the water

Classic Loving Hut

Smaller Loving Hut in local style with buffet and excellent price for amount of food and drinks we had. Many traditional veganized dishes well seasoned and tasty. For hungry people great choice!

Nice lunch

We have had a nice lunch here, a great variety of choices at reasonable price. I recommend the beef with mushrooms plate. However the drinks were not really worth it.

Best Vegan Food in Hanoi

The best Vegan Local food we have had in Hanoi!
My husband ordered the vegetable noodles and I ordered the Hue Style Noodles and Summer Rolls and everything was to die for!!
The staff is very friendly and she even gave us a bowl of free rice noodles for the soup. Definitely tops my Loving Huts around the world list!
Don't miss this one for sure on your visit to Hanoi.
We ordered 3 dishes for 1,10,000 dongs and the portions are BIG!
Going back today for dinner again
The location is close to all the sightseeing spots so perfect for a lunch in-between the tours.

Okay but wouldn't recommend

Went there on the first - no buffet. Had rice noodles no 7 and they were just okay but definitely not good. Should've went somewhere else.

Pros: Vegan, Big menu

Cons: Okay food but not very delicious

Good selection

This place has a good selection of vegan food, from rice to noodles, to veg to mock meats/fish. Certainly something for everyone but doesn’t have the wow factor for me.

Pros: Variety of vegan food

Tasty vegan food

We enjoyed our meal - fried spring rolls, fried beef & mushrooms, bbq chicken, brown rice and two drinks totalled 240K. Huge menu, all vegan. Simple surroundings but good food!
(It’s down a little alley, look for the sign saying Chay).

Pros: Huge menu, Tasty food, Reasonable prices

Cons: Too warm, no fans, It’s not well sign posted from the road

Messy place, mediocre food

The restaurant is not air conditioned and somehow it has the appearance of a clinic, except it is shabby. Food was ok, prices a little high for what you get. Salad was old. Not really a place I wanted to stay for long.

Pros: Many vegan meals

Cons: Shabby, quite expensive

Loving vegan

So happy we went

Great food and great prices. Totally vegan menu. Small family run restaurant. With neat posters and wall decor. We ordered the “beef” and veg stir fry - the lemon grass ginger tofu- brown rice and ice tea. All were delicious and very satisfying. The location is on a little alley off the street. Recommended for sure!!!!
