It was nice to have Vegan food in Cotonou - Edit
The only thing I would change is the way they made Vegan fish sausage. Better to use pea protein than mashed soy.

J’ai été très surprise de découvrir que Loving Hut était présent au Bénin et super contente car cette chaîne de restaurants présente dans le monde entier est pour moi un gage de qualité et c’est un des meilleurs endroit pour goûter à la cuisine local en Vegan! Et je n’ai pas été déçu, on trouve plusieurs plats locaux avec du seitan ou du tofu et même un petit roulé au chocolat. Il y aussi de la junk food comme des burgers, pizza, wraps, sandwichs... une belle adresse Vegan à Cotonou 👏
