Vegan options - Edit
Great brunch at Lovina! I arrived and didn’t know that they were serving brunch. They had two different options for vegans which was nice. The burrito was delicious as well as the fresh salad that came with the picketed onions were a nice touch and they had vegan snickers for dessert! Would return! The hot sauce is to dye for! Wish they would bottle it again!

Excellent Vegan Entrees! - Edit
We had a party of 5 vegans at this restaurant. They had more options than we expected and several were absolutely exceptional (the pasta Bolognese and the Wild Forest Feast). I didn’t expect to like the wild forest feast because I’m not that big a fan of mushrooms unless they are well out of sight. It was fantastic.

Lived up to the hype! - Edit
We chose Lovina for obvious reasons during our recent visit to Calistoga. I had heard both great and not so great reviews about the Impossible Lasagna. Having tried it, I can't possibly imagine how anyone could say they didn't like it. It was simply amazing! Very flavorful, perfectly prepared pasta, and so creamy and delicious. We actually went two times (two birthdays) and the first time I ordered the Impossible Bolognese and it was very good but the lasagna is the real star. There are two vegan desserts, the oft mentioned vegan cheesecake and a date/chocolate dish. I preferred the cheesecake by far. And thank goodness for Lovina as Calistoga is otherwise a vegan food desert 🏝️

Fancy, upscale lil place! But the vegan options they offer and high quality. The tartar appetizer we got was quite a sight - beets, mango “egg yolk”, and mustard seed “caviar”. Wowzers.

Vegan lasagna was incredible, and just one of three specially created vegan entres. Vegan cheesecake was like a mix between what I expected and a Hawaiian mud pie - scrumptious. Plenty of vegan appitizers & very accommodating staff. For the meat eaters, they're famous for bolognaise, have wagu beef, duck, lobster, and more. Also huge: they treat their staff fabulously - it's a "no-tip" restaurant because 30% of all sales go directly to employees, employer 401k match, paid family leave, etc. #veganuary

Been here many times and take the drive from Santa Rosa all the time. Amazing staff and atmosphere. Vegan meatballs are amazing along with the cheese cake. Everything about this experience was and is always great

Read moreLasagna was huge. I cut in half expecting to take 1/2 home. It was too good so I killed it😜 The sauce was the best and mushrooms, sausage, and other veggies made this lasagna great!
Almost cheese cake was good but I’m kind of getting tired of coconut based desserts.

Amazing vegan lasagna and cheesecake - Edit
The lasagna was definitely the best vegan lasagna I've ever had. Amazing flavor and generous portion size. If you have room for dessert, the vegan cheesecake was also really good. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor patio. Will definitely come back.

Delicious Lasagna, Huge Portions - Edit
Located in beautiful Calistoga this sweet little Italian spot not only has a vegan lasagna with impossible meat, but also a vegan cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was very rich, I could only eat a few bites. The lasagna was in my opinion well worth the $31 piece tag as the portion is huge! It could easily be split between 2 people
