great place for a quick snack - Edit
We stopped in for a salad and really enjoyed it. You pick your lettuce and they will add the veggies you want. Hours seem to be sporadic, only been open once since we've arrived four days ago.

Good salads - Edit
Bought a salad here, you can either get a ready made on or choose a base such as green leaves, couscous or rice and add toppings which include a range of cheeses, beans and lentils and vegetables. The prices are reasonable and the portions filling. Hope to go again during my stay in Florence

Great for Breakfast on the Go - Edit
I'm a student studying abroad here in Italy and this place was recommended to me by the school. They have great smoothies, yogurt parfaits and bagels, and you can order them anyway you like. It's a good place if you need something quickly to go.
