If You Love Donuts... - Edit
This place is great. Between two of us we tried the Boston Creme, Lemon Matcha and Double Chocolate. Well made donuts here, so if you have a chance definitely stop in.

Amazing vegan donuts and delicious, fair trade coffee! The best part is they are 100% vegan. It was amazing to see oat, almond, coconut, and soy milk sitting in carafes on the counter for coffee creamer. We were very impressed! Items are fairly priced and the interior is spotless and cute. This is a must visit if you are in the area!

A vegan gem in Kittery, ME - Edit
When I found out a vegan donut shop was opening in the town I just moved to, I was ecstatic. I am constantly blown away by the taste, textures and uniqueness of their offerings. Some of my favorite include their gluten free ones whose base they have perfected. They offer a few different base options including old fashioned cake, gluten free old fashioned cake and their brioche. Stand out flavors include: Bumbleberry Pie ( mixed berry filled with pie crumb topping) Coconut Maple Bacon (gluten free and amazing) , Dirty Chai ( their brioche base) and my all time favorite from their first month opened menu: the lavender lemon old fashioned. Not only do they offer crave worthy donuts but their coffee and latte selection is vast and they offer oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk and soy milk. They keep a few classic flavors the same every month but change out all of their others for each month so you never know what they will have in the upcoming month. I love that kind of surprise! If you are in the area, Lovebirds is a must stop for vegans and non vegans alike.

Pros: Sooooo many amazing donut flavors, Prices were VERY good and they have a 20% of , each donut when you get a dozen!! Worth it

If I could I would rate this place 10 out of 5! I have been vegan for 4 years and I have never had donuts like these!!!! They taste like normal donuts and have fooled my non vegan friends! This place is my favorite!

There are a few places that offer a couple vegan donuts in Maine, but walking into Lovebirds was like entering heaven. Everything is plant based, the donuts and coffee are amazing, and the people working were great. Its definitely our new favorite spot.
