Friday 18 August 2024. If I was living in Grenada, this spot would be my go-to everyday. Everything is natural and made from scratch, even the nacho chips (which tasted too good to be true). The host is very welcoming and stays true to her way of living a vegan life and eating healthy. The food is worth it and the salads are incredible. Everyday is a new theme. On Monday is Italian, Tuesday is Mexican, Wednesday is Roti (can also order wraps & rice if roti isn't your preference on that day), Thursday is Oil Down and Friday is African. I went on a friday (16 Aug 2024)and had Jollof Rice. It came with air fried plantain seasoned with cayenne, ginger & garlic; suya tofu grilled in air fryer(absolutely crunchy& incredible); green salad with fruit and veggies (coconut flakes, beet, avocado, red and white cabbage, onion, five finger (star fruit/carambola), etc). She made me a juice mixture of fresh fruits (five finger passion fruit, golden apple, ginger & lime). She also has a daily menu. So in case you are not interested in the special for the day, you can also order something else. I will report furthur as I plan on tasting each theme. I also had two patties (description on the pics). There are stools to sit. They mostly do takeaways and delivery. You can call in advance to secure your meal or to ensure they're open since there are days they might be restocking. They open from 11 am to 8 pm.
Read moreWednesday 28 August 2024. I got the special which i ordered for pick up on KariBites (app). The special was Everything Curry roti with curried provisions and veggies as seen in the image. Since I was unable to come on Taco Tuesday, I also asked if I could order the special that was on that day and received a serving of 3 soft shell Mexican tacos with salsa. I also enjoyed a refreshing cup of passion fruit juice (no added sugar).
Thursdat 29 August 2024. I ordered the special which was vegan oil down topped with crispy breadfruit chips. I was also given a salad with it. Since I was unable to taste Monday's special, I asked if it could be made for me today and she did and I absolutely loved it. She was making an order of loaded nachos for another customer and I ordered one as well and a local mixed fruit juice.
Overall, I loved the food and the service. Worth the visit!

Best Vegan Food on the Island!! - Edit
This was my second time ordering from Love Thyself Vegan Kitchen and Jane (owner/cook) blew me away once again. She is so hospitable and accommodating and will make sure you are more than satisfied with your meal. All the food is homemade using fresh, local, and organic produce. This time around I had the eggplant parm special with garlic bread, mango salad, bean salad, vegan ground meat patty, and plaintain fries. Everything was top notch!! Jane even threw in some fresh fruit she had that I had never seen and was curious about. This place is a hidden gem and a must go-to for vegans and non-vegans alike. The food is great but Jane makes the whole experience that much better. Few people are as friendly, patient, kind, and talented as her. Truly amazing food.

Fresh, healthy local food - Edit
This place looked a little sketchy from the outside. But it was like walking into a friend’s kitchen when we opened the door. The place was overflowing with fresh produce which the owner had foraged as well as purchased from local markets.
Read moreWe had a fresh mixed juice - which included passionfruit, star fruit, and pineapple. Delicious.
There were 3 specials to choose from. We had the Dahl/chickpea Pattie and the “fish” cake. We had a large plate of salad and some “provisions” (starches) alongside. Included some homemade kimchi.
Felt so good after eating this. We were also given a chunk of some divine local coconut milk chocolate to taste which was really generous.
Pros: Fresh homemade food and juices , Awesome vibes , Lovely owner

Delicious! - Edit
We ate here three days in a row, whilst staying nearby in Grenada. Every meal we had was fresh and incredibly delicious.
Read moreWe tried roti, oil down, jerk burger, lasagne and some of the patties. The flavours in all of these dishes were spectacular! The fresh juices were so refreshing and a real reprieve from the heat.
Lastly, Jane is super friendly and great to chat with. You absolutely have to visit Love Thyself Vegan Kitchen!
We can't wait to return to Grenada, not only for the beautiful beaches and great weather - but also for Jane's fantastic food and inspirational stories!!
