vegan options are well marked on the menu. ordered ramen and fried rice. both were very good. vegan ramen came with raw spinach, might have omitted that and added some other toppers in hindsight though.
They have a clearly designated vegan ramen option, as well as another vegetarian one which could be easily made vegan by asking them to swap the noodles for the spinach ones. They have a handful of vegan appetizers (although they’re not advertised as such on the menu), including 2 tofu options, seaweed salad, edamame, etc. On top of what’s on the menu, they’ve recently added a vegan gyoza appetizer, which is advertised (and clearly marked as vegan) on a board on the counter. The vegan ramen is actually pretty good. I’ve been back several times.

Good vegan ramen - Edit
The vegan ramen is very good. I always order it when I'm sick. They also have vegan potstickers which are quite tasty.

Pros: Delicious ramen, Nice atmosphere, Inexpensive
Cons: Wish they had more vegan ramen options

I’ve tried their vegan Raman and fried rice and they are both delicious. I plan to go back to try some of their appetizers.
