Vegan banh mi

The best tofu banh mi you will find.
They are also great and understand no fish sauce and to cook in soy only. Made from scratch and yum. Whilst there is an abcense of vegan places in Redlands this is a little spark of joy.

Best Bahn mi in the Redlands

My favourite local place for a fresh and tasty lunch option. Tofu options are made fresh to order, so there can be a bit of a wait (this is advised when ordering). Veg spring rolls are beautifully flakey and crispy. The rice paper rolls are not the most flavourful. However, a sufficient amount of sauce is provided so the overall experience is very pleasant. Might not knock your socks off, but a solid option non the less.

Pros: Friendly staff understand vegan, Multiple vegan options , Reasonably priced

Cons: If you’re in a rush consider ordering ahead
