Disappointing - Edit
Less than half of the choices are vegan (versus vegetarian). For instance, they listed a vegan cheeseburger, but when it came it had neither cheese nor bun. Everything was just okay. The vegan tartar was super bland guacamole with nothing to eat it with. Very confused about the good reviews this place has from vegans.

Deludente - Edit

Tasty & cosy but didn’t hit expectations - Edit
Enjoyed the atmosphere here a lot, it was a super cosy place with nice decor. The menu was a good size that you’re not overwhelmed with options. We had a bottle of wine, an antipasti to share and then two meals. The food was lovely, but I did have higher expectations after the reviews on here! Also the portion sizes were seemingly small for the cost, but maybe they seemed smaller because of the beautiful huge bowls. All the starters and mains were vegan, but also have of the dolce were vegan, which was a shame. Also the vegan wines were labelled which was a great touch.

Best vegan meal in Florence - Edit
Very creative, unusual flavor and texture combinations. Lots of Italian dishes you won’t find on menus in other vegan restaurants, like spinach gnudi or fresh asparagus pate with orange sauce. Amazing pannacotta with fruits of the forest!

Unbelievably good! - Edit
Look no further for mind blowing and unique Italian vegan food! The cheese plate is far and away the greatest vegan cheese I’ve ever tried, and is worth every euro. We also ordered the ribollita to try a local classic, which was also quite nice. I believe their menu changes seasonally, so we had the gnocchetti with blue cheese sauce and radicchio and the gnudi with chicory and sundried tomatoes. Both were thoroughly enjoyed and nice, the portions are a little small but they are primis and it left us with room for dessert, which is the best part of the meal. We tried their Colombina (seasonal offering for Easter) and their chocolate cheesecake, which our whole party (four vegans and one vegetarian) agreed were the best vegan desserts we’d ever had, especially the cheesecake. The menu did note that the offerings are 100% plant based, but I’m not sure if that’s just the current menu or if it’s permanent. It is a little pricy, but not crazy compared to slightly upscale omnivore restaurants. I would recommend this spot 100 times over, and will be dreaming of returning.

Delicious food and great atmosphere - Edit
We had a great 4-course vegan dinner. We started off with a selection of vegan cheeses, followed by pasta with a ragu made of seaweed and lemon, the main course was a vegan pulled “pork” sandwich with potatoes and as a desert we ate chocolate cake. All the courses were delicious. The atmosphere was really good the restaurant looks cozy and the staff is friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Da provare - Edit
Il tagliere di formaggi vegani era delizioso. Altrettanto non si può dire dei primi che abbiamo provato, il risotto era salatissimo. Torta veg al cioccolato e arancia buona ma niente di eccezionale.

Nice food but small expensive portions - Edit
Food was good, but in spite of spending nearly €30 I left as hungry as when I came. I asked about the wine, apparently non of them are vegan. Also all the food cane out separately, some of the table were finished before others got food.

Tasteful and tasty - Edit
Lovely cozy but elevated atmosphere and good service. We reserved ahead which was easy online. Plentiful options, some vegetarian and some vegan. We had a turnip green pesto style sauce that was delicious.

Nice, but a bit expensive - Edit
The food was really nice, but a bit expensive for the portion size. The staff was very friendly. In principle, I liked the decorations inside, but the messaging seemed a bit out of place because there was also vegetarian food, which is still bad for the animals.

L'OV were truly astounding. They seemed to have a second sense for when you were ready to move from piatti primi to desserts, caffé, and digestif. The food was delicious from start to finish and we would recommend them to vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters alike.

Perfetto - Edit
It was welcoming and tasty, but as French person we didn’t know that the bread or the water weren’t free, is it something normal in Italia or?. Anyways we had to pay 9€ with the note just for 3 slice of bread and a bottle of water.

The food was quite good. The starters were amazing, I can absolutely recommend the fried zucchini flower! The vegan cheeses were great as well. The main courses were fine. And the desserts were amazing again as well. Especially the chocolate cake was great!!

Great experience - Edit
L'OV was our first meal in Italy. The food was lovely. They do have several options, most of which are vegan. We both had pasta dishes and were very impressed. The restaurant interior is very nice.

The reason we didn't give this 5 stars is because whilst the food was nice, it wasn't great. Expensive.

Yum! A great stop. - Edit
This was my first vegetarian restaurant (I’m vegan) and it was great! Clearly labeled vegan vs. vegetarian options. Vegan cheese plate was a good option for an appetizer and the pasta dish I got was delicious. My non-vegan husband had the burger (like a Beyond burger) and said it was pretty good. Cool interior vibe with lots of plants.

Crazy Cheese - bad price performance - Edit
The vegan dishes are easy to read on the menu. The vegan cheese plate is unique, great! The main courses and drinks are too expensive. Not a good value for money, but on holiday you can treat yourself. All in all, a good place to go for vegans and people with gluten intolerance.
