The food here was UNREAL! There were a few vegetarian (not vegan) options but those were all clearly marked. The food was remarkable and flavourful. Service was a bit on the slower side which was mostly only frustrating because we had our two young daughters (1 and 3) that were tired and hungry from being in the car for 10 hours so far that day (road trip from Ontario). I would drive from Ontario just to eat here again, locals are lucky to have this gem at their fingertips!

Great food, somewhat slow to very slow service - Edit
Updated: I went back with a friend for lunch on a Friday shortly after they opened (~11:45). The service was a lot better (speed-, courtesy- and accuracy-wise) until we got closer to the end of our meal and then things started to drag out, though not nearly as bad as the previous Saturday. I did notice that the patrons at the table next to us definitely did a lot of hand waving to flag down their server when they needed something. That said, the staff are very polite.
Read moreService aside, the food was excellent: forest (mushroom) crostini, lasagna, beet and avocado tartare, and creme brulée, along with Chai lattes were on point and did not disappoint.
When I'm back in town I'll go again, but I'll aim to go during off-peak hours and set my expectations on the service. Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars.

We were a party of 5 at the Dix30 location for brunch on a Saturday around 12:30. The food was enjoyable - 4ish stars. The table ordered the burger, the mushroom crostini, the lox bagel, mimosas, and Chai latte. Unfortunately they were out of the tofu Benedict more than an hour before the end of brunch service. The latte was good, the mimosas were more orange juice than anything. The bagel was good but could've been "more", somehow, particularly for $17.
The coconut lime cheesecake was good but quite pricey at $12 for a slice.
The unfortunate part was that our server seemingly was also bussing tables and the acting hostess. This despite there being quite a number of wait staff available and the location wasn't at capacity. Getting our drink order taken took 15 minutes from the time we were seated. Then we waited almost an hour for our food order to be taken and received, by which point we were pretty famished. Overall this was a 2 two hours endeavour. A request for a second cup of coffee never came. It took 20 more minutes to get the cheque. While we generally appreciate not being rushed, this got a bit long in the tooth. 2ish stars on this front.
Well go again and hope that this was an anomaly rather than the norm.

Brunch was so delicious. Really nice mimosas. Flavorful breakfast. Went here for breakfast as it was next to our hotel. Dix 30 is now a quick trip from Montreal via the REM.

This place offers a very trendy and aesthetically pleasing ambiance. The nachos are great, the cocktails are fantastic. I also had the gnocchi, which was ok but I’ve had better. Overall a good place for a date night.

Nice ambience, but it is not really a family restaurant. More like a place to hang out with friends. Menu is slightly small (we went there for lunch). We had taco, general tao (a bit too sweet and not spicy enough for my taste), avocado mash, dumplings (don't like it) and a bottle of kambucha. We felt full right until evening. The price was 60$ before tax. Service was good.

J’y suis allée plusieurs fois car c’est un des seuls restaurants vegan sur la rive sud. Le cadre est vraiment beau, les plats sont délicieux. J’ai particulièrement aimé leurs dumplings et leurs falafels en entrée. En plat, je recommande le général tofu (si vous aimez épicé!) et le burger de pleurote.

The soup was exquisite and well-presented, with original ingredients, pear, taro and parsnip if I remember correctly! The LOV burger was not particularly original, but well-executed with a crispy black bean patty, scrumptious bun and very tasty sauce. I was pleasantly surprised with the blue lavender latte, it's not often that you get an original and not too sweet non-caffeinated beverage, I'd go back only to have it again! Nice hipster-rustic and well-lit decor, perfect for a lunch. It's a little pricey but worth it, everybody would find something they like there.
