Spaghetti and garlic bread are vegan when you specify no meatballs & no cheese. You could order a whole pizza pie without cheese. The caesar salad made vegan is just a bowl of romaine lettuce.

Good choice for an amusement park! - Edit
We ordered the spaghetti and breadsticks without cheese, butter, or meatballs. We also got a fruit bowl. When we told them we were vegan they gave us their dairy free and egg free menus, so they were well versed in vegan options, which is always comforting. The spaghetti was standard Italian restaurant pasta, we enjoyed it. There were a couple other vegan options on the menu, but I can't remember what they were.
