Small restaurant at corner of Ratchaphruek and Hongyok Utis alley, 250m up the hill (in a south direction). Nice indoor sitting area. No onion or garlic. Previously located on Samakkhi Rd, Sep 2015. SEP 2016 REPORTED SHUT. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-8:30pm.

Very nice ambiance, Thai owner, not speak much english as i..but can understand. Big menu, good food but not excellent. I it ok, Ka!

Very tricky to spot as the signage is very poor. A small sign saying Lotus Restaurant is located above the restaurant surrounded by foliage. It is on the corner and from one side there are doors but no signs.

Vegan, vegetarian, assortment of Thai dishes with mock meat in many.
Really fair pricing for quality food. Two of us had 4 main dishes and drinks – so full we had to do take away for what remained. All for 340 Baht!
Tempura Vegetables 70b Great batter! Lovely dip! A bit on the small size.
Spicy Salad w mock liver and veggies 95b Too spicy for me but my dining companion said it was very good.
Red Soy Soup, mock squid and morning glory 60b for a big sized bowl. Good for me, yummy for my companion.
Fried Pumpkin, bean paste and mushrooms 80b Excellent flavors!

Good vegan restaurant with cozy design - Edit
Nice place with aircon and cozy design in white color. No meat dishes in menu, this is just mock meat. You should try dumplings, tom yam, and red veggie curry. They have fruit smoothies, herbal juices and many kind of flower tea. Many dishes with vegetables and mushrooms only without mock meat - this is excellent for me. Simple the best vegan restaurant in Phuket Town and the great place to try thai cuisine for vegetarian tourists. Amazing quality of the food!

Lotus Vegetarian also serves meat dishes but they have a large selection of vegetarian dishes at a very good price. Friendly staff.
