蓮花素食茶飲館, at 台北市北投區溫泉路110之2號, is a simple Buddhist restaurant located a short walk from the geothermal park, next to a large Christian church. Uses faux meats (unsure if vegan or not) and sometimes dairy. Closes between lunch and dinner.

Great Value Buddhist Restaurant - Edit
This humble Buddhist restaurant and teahouse offers an excellent balance of quality and price in central Beitou. Delicious, set meals start at around 150NT. It's essential to specify that you don't want fake meat (if you're vegan) but this may be difficult if you can't speak Chinese. Pure wheat gluten is fine, but the test should be assumed to contain dairy (or worse).
By far the best option on Beitou is Yummy Vegan House (well worth the walk, or get off the MRT at Qiyan Station) but this is the best value in the hot springs area. (Su is a little nicer but at least three times the price, while Hiroshima Xiang is cheaper but very basic).
Pros: Great Value, Delicious Food, Peaceful Buddhist Atmosphere
Cons: Difficult To Avoid Fake Meat If You Don't Speak Ch
