Recommendation for Lotus - Edit
Lotus is a mom and pop shop with a bare-bones setup, but the food is healthy, cheap, and tasty. They had at least 30 different dishes in the buffet, with raw salads, tofu, vegetables, and several types of mock meats (not my cup of tea). If you are looking for great vegan food, Lotus should be high on the list.

The place is nice, they have a lot of options that you can choose everything as a buffet and it is very cheap.
