Cheap and Cheerless - Edit
Really not sure how the operators of this eatery are able to make Chinese food so utterly bland and tasteless, but in this they succeed with bells and whistles.
Read moreIt’s very inexpensive, so if you’re in the area and only need to fill the gap, their lunch specials might be worth a shot - but personally won’t give it another go, rather buy a bag of nuts, life’s too short to eat bad food.
Pros: Large servings, Inexpensive, Nice choc shake
Cons: Bland tasteless meals, Not entirely veg - some dishes contain fish sauce

I had the sugar cane drumsticks and teriyaki “chicken”. So good! Also tried my friends’ sesame “chicken” and pineapple fried rice. It was all delicious. Very reasonably priced as well!

Read moreTofu & Veggies w/ White Rice — The white rice wasn’t bad. The texture wasn’t too soft, but not too grainy. The tofu was ok. The sauce in it didn’t seem to help the taste of it. The vegetables (carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, and green beans) were crunchy, which I did like.
Thai Iced Tea — I really like Thai tea, but I wouldn’t recommend it from this place. There was no ice ,yet it’s an thai “iced” tea. The after taste of this tea had somewhat of a minty flavor to it.
Vegetable Dumplings — It comes with 6 dumplings and sauce. The dumplings did taste quit bland on its own. The sauce somewhat helped. I think it was General Tso’s sauce (which comes with quite a bit for just six dumplings, that aren’t big).

Delicious Chinese food! - Edit
We found this little gem after ice skating in Prospect Park and it hit the spot. Everything on the menu is vegan (except they may have dairy ice cream but we didn’t see it) and it’s all delicious! We took two non vegan friends there and they loved it too. Great prices and huge portions as well. We ordered two appetizers, 4 entrees, and 4 drinks for only $60, which is hard to do in New York, especially for vegan food. They also happily kept bringing us refills of hot water for our tea. Loved it!

Great vegan Chinese restaurant! - Edit
It’s like a normal Chinese menu but all vegan! It’s a good price and it’s in the middle of everything. The food tasted very fresh and had great flavor and texture to the mock meats. I will be back😄
