Didn't see any explicitly marked vegan options but like other reviews said, they could modify most items to be vegan. Tried the pad thai w/o egg. Good portion size but the flavor was a bit too sour IMO. They served me quickly and the prices were good for the area (~$13 for the dish).

Ate here with my vegetarian husband. The flavors were good but the curry was super watery. Fried spring rolls mushy inside. It wasn’t expensive, which is a bonus on island, so we felt overall satisfied.

Sadly, the food was super inconsistent the next time I ordered food from Lotus. I ordered the same dishes as my last visit and both tasted completely different--and had different sauces. Two different employees were working during my second visit, so maybe it's different styles. I'd recommend they have consistent recipes for their dishes. I would have returned again if I had not been put off by the significant inconsistency.

I unexpectedly had a great experience here. We ordered takeout to eat at our nearby hotel. The man who took our order was so friendly and funny, he made it a great experience overall.
For this type of restaurant, I wasn't expecting high quality/taste; however, Lotus really exceeded my expectations. We ordered the tofu veggie garlic dish, a pan fried noodle dish, and red curry. Everything was better than I expected. The portion sizes were perfect and not too large. The veggies and tofu were cooked perfectly, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the prices were cheap.
We'll be eating here again before we leave the island.

Solid Chinese and Thai dishes - Edit
As someone mentioned earlier they can make most menu items vegan. The food was solid and the prices were very reasonable for the area. We ate there a couple of times.

Everything made to order and the lady at the counter was excited to tell us that “almost anything” on the menu can be made vegan. We had yellow curry and panang curry that were pretty good.

So, this place is a little difficult to find - it’s all the way behind the pizza place in a food court. The man who took my order was really nice and they know vegan from vegetarian. I really liked my food and would happily return. Plus the ice cream place in the shopping center (near Foodland) has some yummy sorbet flavors.
