A vegetarian restaurant & coffee house with clearly labeled vegan options. Opened June 2017. Operated by young people from the Lotus orphanage in Gaachurt, Mongolia, it is a place for children from the orphanage to learn valuable skills. Has a stylish and comfortable modern atmosphere. NOTE: Please verify if still vegetarian. Reported closed December 2022.

no coffee or tea

I went in to have some coffee (since it’s called café). I asked if they had anything but cow milk (like soy milk). The girl didn’t understand, even though her command of english was very good. After some time it turned out, they only had cow milk.
So I ordered a black coffee. She then told me they didn’t have coffee at the moment. I ordered a tea instead, but again at the moment they didn’t have tea. A bit strange for a café I reckon...
I can’t comment on the food.. I left again, because I really wanted a hot drink.

Pros: cozy and modern atmosphere

Cons: no vegan milk, no coffee or tea when i was there, i don’t think the waitress understands veganism

Lovely venue tasty food

I had a felafel wrap which had great flavour and texture. The staff were friendly and were able to advise what was vegan. There were only two main meal options today, both of which were vegan and one vegan cake, so not huge variety, but tasty and good value. The venue is bright and light filled.

Nice place. Good food.

I was passing this place for several times and finally its open.

Cute place.

Good smoothie.

Great soup.
