If I could give it 5 stars, I would! Looooove Lota Veco! So many delicious vegan options. My faves are the nachos, falafel taco and southwest bowl. The sweet plantains are perfect! So many places serve sweet plantains, but they’re not ripe. Lota does it right! Their cashew cheese is so delicious too.

I could not have been happier with Lota Veco. You can tell that they care about providing healthy choices. There are not enough amazing words to describe this eatery! I found it on happy cow because I was looking for vegan options in Huntington and am so thankful Lota Veco came up! They have so many delicious and nutrtious options to choose from! I ended up getting the baja burrito which I fell in love with! I even bragged about this place on the vegan foodie facebook group because I feel like everyone needs to know about this place! Also has plenty of nonvegan options so everyone can eat here! Finally, the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff will definitely have me making the trip back out here!

Pretty good vegan options - Edit
Place has a few things that can be made vegan. I go with the Baja burrito, vegan Jack cheese and vegan chicken. Considering it’s pretty rare to find a place that offers vegan cheese in the area, it’s definitely a plus.

While not fully vegan, they do have lots of vegan options and a whole vegan section of the menu. Food is tasty and seems quite clean. (Not a lot of salt, sugar, or oil). Seems pretty healthy and there are whole food options. #Veganuary

They have MANY vegan options. I had the fajita bowl with vegan buffalo chicken. Very good! Love the guacamole and the vegan crema. The whole bowl was so flavorful and delicious. Bought a side of tortilla chips to eat with it and they were great. My fiancé got the Baja burrito bowl with buffalo chicken too and it looked great! We can’t wait to come back and maybe even try a vegan dessert. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.
