Etliche vegane Optionen in zentraler Lage - Edit
L'Osteria Rostock befindet sich unmittelbar am Eingang zur Altstadt. Es ist ein großes Etablissement mit vielen Tischen im Innen- und Außenbereich.

Sehr netter, aufmerksamer, schneller Service. Die Pizza ist riesig und macht zwei Erwachsene satt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eine Pizza zu teilen mit unterschiedlichen Belägen. Getränkepreise im Vergleich moderat.

Solid vegan offerings - Edit
Hubby and I happened across this restaurant while we were touring Rostock. There were a few falafel carts at the main square, but we decided on a restaurant instead. As you can see from the menu, there are not a lot of vegan options, but the two we chose were very good!
Read moreWe ordered the Penne Arrabiata and added a side of the Vegan Chicken, and there was a vegan tuna pizza on the specials menu, which I failed to get a picture of before it was taken away.
The pasta was cooked al dente and the arrabiata sauce was spicy, but not too spicy. The vegan chicken added protein and it was a generous portion. The pizza was humongous. It was bigger than the plate it arrived on. We couldn't tell exactly what the tuna was, but it looked like some kind of ground. I tried some on its own and it was quite salty, but on the pizza as a topping, mixed with everything else, it did have a slight hint of the sea about it.
The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable about their vegan offerings. They were helpful with recommendations for our restrictions even though most of the menu is either vegetarian or carnivorous. I would dine here again if I happened upon another location, since they are a chain and can be found around.

Sehr leckere Veganuary Karte - Edit
Durch die Entfernung der Milch aus dem Teig kann man mit dem veganen Schmelz viele Pizzen auch vegan bekommen. Auch außerhalb des Veganuary. Bei der Rucola wurde der Mozarella einfach durch Schmelz ersetzt und die Pizzen waren köstlich! #Veganuary

On a very hot Sunday when a lot of places are closed, it's always a vegan fear that you will struggle for food.
