Come here for generous vegan cheese - Edit
I stopped in while passing through Cheyenne. This restaurant does not skimp on the vegan cheese! You'll need to ask them to go easy if you don't want a ton of cheese. The eggplant sandwich and veggies pizza were both good. Would have been better with some vegan sausage or pepperoni. The cheese on the pizza looked and melted differently from what came on the sandwich but both were definitely vegan.

Great Vegan Pizza in Cheyenne, WY! - Edit
Super awesome Vegan - Sicilian veggie combo with vegan cheese (ask for it!) Equally delicious Vegan Eggplant Parmigiana Sandwich, and love they are eager to accommodate dietary needs of their customers. We have been enjoying their cooking since 2001. The owners are open to expanding their Vegan menu if there are customers interested in it.
