They had two vegan sandwiches, so we decided to try both of them (€7.50 each): VEGANO (eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, olive paté) and HUMMUS (tomato, eggplant, chickpea hummus, arugula, oregano, bell pepper sauce, oil).

Tasty, but the smell.. - Edit
Don't get me wrong, they have a vegan option on their menu and that sandwhich they gave was very delicious (albeit a bit too oily to my taste). It's just that as a vegan coming in to the store is a bit like entering a butcher. Everything is about meat, they have a ton of salami rolls on display and everything in the store smells like meat. Although the food is good, the store itself did not feel welcoming to me for that reason.

Had the ‘vegano’ - roast courgette, aubergine, sun dried tomatoes and olive tapenade. Really yummy and the sandwich is huge!

Very nice small panini place near the cathedral complex (The Leaning Tower). One vegetarian and one vegan option - tried the vegan one and was very pleased.
