vegetable pho meal and the mango pudding

oh wow. i didnt expect this just like the previous review. as far as theme park food goes, usually they all suck, vegan or non vegan. non vegan partner had a non vegan thing and he said it sucks and was really dry. but i thoroughly enjoyed this meal. the noodles soup is a little plain but nevertheless an amazing meal with some curried(?) chickpeas, mock peanut chicken and some pickled radish to balance it all out. there is also a spring roll that i absolutely love. REALLY DID NOT EXPECT THIS! we are in USJ for 2 days and i was really worried that i wont have anything to eat. there is also some vegetable soup with fried wanton skin which looks good too and a set of 2 spring rolls for those not very hungry people. but i was really hungry. this is really good enough for a vegan meal, better than outside places where they only have vegan options as an afterthought lol.

Pros: the things on the spoon are absolutely delish, near nintendo(if you got timed entry to rush for), spring roll, mango pudding

Cons: no cons, thank god for vegan food

Thoroughly surprised

I wasn’t expecting much for theme park food (as it’s normally overpriced and mehh), but it was actually really tasty and you get quite a lot for the cost. They were out of the tofu pudding so I didn’t get to try that, but what I did have was great 😊

A great spot in Universal!

After reading the reviews I wasn't expecting much, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here!! I opted for the Pho, which came with a vegetable spring roll, and it was delicious! I thought the price was really reasonable for the location. Very glad I chose this restaurant and would definitely eat here again!

Tasty Stop

We had the spring rolls and chili potatoes and were very happy with both. Both were beautifully presented and tasted very good. The dip (chili) was also delicious and suitable.

A good choice for a small snack. The price was also okay.

Bad

Just bad all around. No flavor. Pudding was just like jello.

Terrible "Water soup" with some noodles

You get an overpriced "meal" which consists of 1 egg roll and a flavorless soup with rice noodles. The only good thing about the dish are 3 spoons with tiny dishes, but they are eaten in 1 bite.

DO NOT GO THERE.

More than you expect, but expensive

You get a place without a reservation (which is impossible in the Toad Restaurant in Nintendo World).
And the portion is bigger than expect, but expensive. We had two main dishes, two portions spring rolls and the dessert and paid 6.300 Yen. It's unclear if the potato wedges are vegan, because they aren't decleared as plant based.

Pros: Place without reservation, Vegan Options

Cons: Expensive for what you get

Better than eating just fries

Like any other place to get food there was a long line but it went by quick. The Plant based Pho wasn’t too bad but did lack flavor. It came along with 3 other small sides and those were good. I also had the Amber and Mango Tofu pudding and that was great (once you get to the bottom it sets it off). Not the best vegan food and absolutely not the greatest pho but I would much rather eat this than fries.

Pros: Vegan options clearly labeled

It could be worse

You need to know that it is not allowed to bring your own food to usj. So you are kinda forced to eat there. The few restaurants with vegan options are listed on the website which is great. It's also great that the vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu.

However this was the most expensive and worst pho I ever had. It wasn't horrible it was just overpriced and not good. Also the portion was a bit small (for that price!).
I don't eat that much and I'm not a gourmet but this meal was just "ok".
Not good, not delicious, no horrible either. Just good enough to get rid of that hunger.

Pros: Vegan options are clearly labeled as plant based

Cons: Expensive , Small portions , Not delicious

Tasty meal option with dessert!

The vegan main was good and there was a dessert option as well! If you time it right you can have an almost private view of the dinosaur parading past while sitting outside

Pros: Food, Had dessert, Dino parade

A good vegan option when there are few!

I was absolutely starving so this was delicious at the time of eating (couldn’t even wait to take the pic!) but I would say overall fairly decent and tasty, but expensive but so is everything in universal

Pros: Friendly staff, Loop Jurassic park music , Vegan dessert option!

Cons: Spenny
