Lost Lounge

The restaurant has a fabulous imagery and has a cosy vibe. Claiming to be psychedelic, the music unfortunately is not, but bog standard trance ambient prevalent wherever you go in Thailand.

The food however is very good thai cusine, I had a ginger chicken and my favorite was a stem mushroom dish with red rice.

I ordered a chocolate shake that said it didn't have nuts but they added peanut butter to it without asking me. So if you have a nut or any other allergy be extra careful to explain that to the staff.

The vibe of this place is psychedelic and awesome . Incredible art, couches and floor seating, they encourage you to 'sign' your name by painting on a mural in the back wall. However, the curry dish I got was incredibly salty it was hard to finish. If I had more time in Chiang Mai, I would have come back to try something else though because there was much more on the menu and everything else about the place was rather enjoyable.

Realty tasty food, in particular the mushrooms and holy basil: amazing. Cocktails were expensive and at 7 pm the atmosphere wasn't great - perhaps it's a later night place?

Yum food, great atmosphere. Opens later than a lot of the other veggie/vegan restaurants. Good selection to choose from and was very tasty. Not too far from the North Gate.

Best thing about Lost Lounge is that it´s open late. The menu was also interesting and has some mock meats for them who like them as me.

It definitely has hippie decorations.

Location is very near Free Bird cafe (which is not open in the evenings), so if there is no space in Free Bird, you may try Lost Lounge.

Lost Lounge has lots of space, so it´s a good venue for a bigger group.

Really chill place, great vibes. It's a bit pricey compared to everything in the area, but worth it. The music and ambiance are very relaxing, and the staff were also wonderful. Will return again!

Waren aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hier und weil es hier veganes Essen gibt. Leider war es ein kompletter Reinfall! Das Restaurant war sehr dunkel, fast kein Licht und es war schmuddelig. Kaum waren wir drinnen, wurden wir auch schon von Mücken gefressen. Wir bestellten 3 vegane Gerichte, die nicht scharf sein sollten! Trotz Nachfrage bei der Besitzerin war ein Gericht so scharf und für uns nicht essbar. Das andere war fade und das dritte war ok. Wie wir am Abend feststellen mussten, waren die Gerichte auch nicht vegan. Da wir auf Milchprodukte allergisch reagieren, waren wir froh nah bei der Toilette zu sein..

i love lost lounge! it was my favorite spot in Chiang Mai. The lady who runs it is very friendly and an amazing artist. if you enjoy art, good food, and nice drinks this place is for you! There is a great atmosphere and plently of space to relax. The walls are decked out in trippy art and you can contribute to the mushrooms of the world mural if you choose too. i would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. The owner came out and answered our questions about the "mock meat" in some of her dishes. Everything we tried was good. On weekends, they sometimes have a live band. We will eat there again - hopefully many times.

Came with some friends during the fruit festival. I really liked the space, and would be great to hold an event there. The food was alright, although the menu didn't denote what was vegan. The dish I had, a vegan stir-fry was quite salty, but my nut butter smoothie was fantastic. My friends all liked their food, except for one who's order was messed up. Got sorted out though, after a long wait.
